我第一個Master的OPT(12個月)隻用了三個半月,有工作，然後transfer F1讀第二個Master,想八月份畢業，想知道能否申請到第二個Master的OPT?
-No, you can not get another OPT. Because you had got the OPT after you got your first MS degree (隻用了三個半月made no difference), you have to get a higher degree (e.g. Ph.D.) to be qualified for another OPT.
