請問Pjiang,863211老師有關 efile EB1b 140 的問題

我的MIW I-140 一月份剛剛批準, 但是現在我要申請 EB1b I-140。
可是當我E-file I-140時, 根據“If you answered yes to any of these questions, please provide the case number, office location, date of decision and disposition of the decision in the text box below”問題，填寫了 case number, office location and decision 後總是出現Error, 而確不能進行下一步。請問這是怎麽回事？ 怎樣解決？謝謝！
