My wife is in Canada, is there any way she comes to the US?

Even afte I got US citizenship, I heard it's better to apply for I-130 than for a K visa?
-K visa also need your I-130 filing.

How long does it take for her to get a green card?
-6 months to one year if you become a US citizen.

Should I start filing for her now or until I get the US citizenship(which is over 2 years away)?
-Up to you, but it will affect her to get B2 visa if you file I-130 now.
