太謝謝指教. 跟問: 記得以前律師說過持AP 485 PENDING 其間, 每年必須有超過半年時間在美國.
-No such a requirment. But if you stay outside U.S. too long and USCIS find it, they may think you have no intent to stay in US permanently and thus, yoour I-485 might be affected. If USCIS does not realize it, it should be OK.

倒底有沒有這要求呢? 還是說如果僅保持H1簽證,485 PENDING 其間 就不需要每年半年以上在美國?
