公司給我的Termination Date是1/3/2010，同時公司負責移民的經理(非律師)有如下說法：

We (the company) wait and notify USCIS 30 days after the termination date. 我以為是我一直可以呆到2/3/2010。

我在這種情況下是否已經逾期、out of status? 我還能馬上申請改成F簽證嗎？
