剛拿了一個OFFER.新的公司可以TRANSFER我的H1B,但是告知要 take at least 4 weeks to get approved.我現在也有EAD.不知道是不是該用EAD.
-After your H1 transfer petition is filed, you can work for the new employer (not need to be approved).

請問用EAD有哪些risk.
-You will lost the H1 status, technically and your status will AOS. If you do not mind the H1 status, thai is fine to use EAD to work.
