本人原來是H4,現在由於特殊原因，必須轉成 F1

我個人理解 H類簽證有移民傾向的，F1簽證是不能有移民傾向的，
-H1/H4 holder is allowed to have immigration intent, and that does not mean the H1/H4 holder has immigration intent.

請問高手們，H4 轉 F1會不會受限製,
