Thanks I read that article, pretty helpful.
Just to confirm I got the answers right:
The Visa Number: Advanced Parol
-Put "N/A". AP is not a visa and thus has no visa number.
Date Visa was issued: Date the AP was approved (is it always the same with the starting date on AP? If not, which one should I use? )
-Yes.
Consulate where visa was issued: USCIS ( and whatever department approved the application )
-Fine.
In one of Pjiang's artical, he said technically the expiration date is the same with the one on the I94, which is one year after you used AP, in my case, it's expired, so it's better to use N/A, right?
-Parolee status expired when the AP I-94 expired. So, if you fill "Parolee", then put the I-94 expiration date there.
One more question: Can I apply for AP without apply for EAD? or AP has to be applied with an EAD?
-You can apply for them separately.
By the way, Pijiang's this blog is related to the I-485 filing using common visa to enter US, and thus some items are different from your new I-485.
