再次請問pijiang,863211 及各位大俠

正在準備I-485麵試， CIS的通知上麵在you muct bring the following items with you一欄中有一項是：A completed Affidavit(s) of Support(Form I-864) with all required evidence, including the following, for each of your Sponsors (unless already submitted):
-Federal Income Tax returns and W-2's, or certified IRS printouts, for the most recent tax year,
-Letters from each current employer, verifying current rate of pay and average weekly hours, and pay stubs for the past 2 months,
-Evidence of your sponsor's and/or co-sponsor's United States Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Resident Status.

我在網上查了一下，都說Employment Based 的綠卡申請不需要填Form I-864，可信上有說要，到底需不需要準備？
還有就是他要most rencent year 的tax return，但我麵試是1月15日，到那時我公司還沒有給我2009的W-2，給2008年的行嗎？
最後就是Evidence of your sponsor's and/or co-sponsor's United States Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Resident Status. 實在搞不懂，我的綠卡是公司給我sponsor的，我找誰要Evidence of your sponsor's and/or co-sponsor's United States Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Resident Status？
