Form I-130, 本人 petitioning for father/mother, check attached

- Copy of Naturalization certificate of 本人

- Copy of 本人's passport

- Birth certificate of 本人

- Marriage certificate of father and mother (only needed in father's package)---我父親一定要他們的結婚公證嗎？


- Form I-864 Affidavit of Support (本人)--我先生可以用這個嗎？還是我們要準備下個這個？

- Form I-864A (if hu*****and/wife's financial support is needed)

- Form I-864 support docs: Tax return and 2 most recent pay stubs (本人)

- Form I-94 of father/mother ---這是要什麽？是入關時被蓋單的那個I-94卡嗎？

- father/mother's birth certificate --這個現在申請時也需要一起遞交嗎？

- Copy of father/mother's passport, including the page with nonimmigrant visa
