看填表的instruction說14歲以下不用,但是今天收到移民局的信,說需要帶上綠卡,身份證等去biometrics,所以就比較困惑.
有申請過的朋友請指點,謝謝.
-Technically the kid does not need to do the fingerprinting, but if USCIS ask the kid to do that, you had better ask him/her to do it. Arguement of this thing may result in delay of the application approval.
