Urgent help, more specific question for college application.

Pijiang, other teachers or somebody having this experience.
My daughter is in AOS (advanced parolee). In the college application form, the choices are US citizen,US permanent resident, non-US citizen or non-US permanent resident (J1, F1 visa etc), others (no definition).She is not a US permanent resident. If we fill out no-US citizen or non-US permanent resident, is that mean she will be treated as a international student? But she is not qualified as a F1 Visa anymore and as we know she can apply financial aid as a eligible non-citizen.
What should we do?
