請問out of status還可以去墨西哥簽證嗎？
有人說不行，我實在搞不清楚。多謝回答。
-Yes. Bring the F2 application receipt with you to show you are legaly present if the VO ask this issue. But if you F2 application is approved before you go out of US, you just need to change your F2 status to F1 within US and do not need to go out of US to get the F1 visa.
