They are so fricking arrogant, just unbelievable.

Are those people afraid of anything? Are there any institutes really regulate them? My personal experice with TSC is OK, but this NSC is really something.

Are there any ways to sue them for their irresponsible behaviors? Somebody knows relatively laws, please do speak up!
