請教863211老師，PJIANG老師和各位大俠，關於I-290B

最近485被拒，原因是NSC把I-485的RFE寄到了律師的舊地址（律師收到了更新地址的確認信），導致我們沒有及時回複RFE。現正打算交I-290B for Motion for Reopen/Reconsideration. 不幸的是，幫俺交485的律師因為換了工作，目前不再是active attorney, 所以沒法幫我交290B，又來不及再找新律師，隻好自己上陣了。

關於Motion for Reconsideration, I-290B的表上說：
The Motion must be supported by citations to appropriate statues, regulations, or precedent decisions.

請問俺的情況應該引用哪些法律條文？或者應該去哪裏查相關的條文？
