對於俺這種用AP入境後485悲劇，可沒有用過EAD，H1B也沒過期的情況，現在應該立刻做的是：
1.回國重簽H1B;
-OK
2.通過extend來reinstate H1B;
-OK.
3.啥都不幹.
-It seems it is grey area. USCIS has no specific explanation/memo about that. But in my opinion, it is OK and you can extend your h1 before the H1 approval notice expires to re-instatte your H1 status. My reason is that your AOS status has H1 nature after you use AP. Now your AOS expired, but the H1 nature is still there and you can continue to work.

But for the safe reason, Choice 1 or 2 is better.
