1. Does my current No-objection J1 waiver application conflict our I-485 approaval?
You must apply for J1 waiver ASAP. Otherwise, your 485 will be denied.

2. Now I do not have a job and hard to apply No-objection waiver.
Where did you get this? You should be able to apply for a No objection from Chinese consulate since you are applying for adjust of status to PR (485).
