回複：我的身份是什麽，請賜教

我今年三月遞交的F-1 OPT EAD延期在七月獲批。但又於六月初遞交了H-1B加快，六月中旬獲批。同時學校的SEVIS係統顯示已轉H-1B。（理論上講H1—B身份是不能獲得OPT EAD 的）那我現在是H1-B 還是F-1。他媽的移民局。如果是 F-1 身份，如何變到H1—B，望賜教。
-If your H1 is not effective yet (e.g. new h1 effecive on Oct. 1), your status is still F1 until your h1 become effective and you can use OPT/EAD to work even if the SEVIS show your status is H1.
