You need to fire rightnow

If you fire right now, you still have the chance to get H1b for 2005 which actually starts from 10/1/2004.
But if fire next year, the 2005 H1b is already full. You have to fire for 2006 H1b which starts from 10/1/2005.

From 8/2/2005 to 9/30/2005, you are in illegal status. So, you need to leave US for this 2 monthes and get H1B visa stamp in your mother country and then re-enter US.

Hurry up. The H1B for 2005 will be used up soon (even if not so soon, at least before the end of this year)
