on the filing instruction, it clearly states that U.S. citizen has to file seperate I-130 for each eligible relitive.Only the citizen's grant child doesn't need a seperate I-130.and you do need to pay double $355.i guess.but the instruction doesn't tell if a PR needs to do the same as the U.S. citizen, if anybody has ever filed or knows for sure, please answer! thanks a lot.
