我正在為在國內的未婚妻和她的女兒（六歲）申請K1／K2簽證。昨天未婚妻收到了廣州領事館的一個文件袋，裏麵隻有兩份OF169表。不知道是怎麽回事？是不是領事館發錯了？
-Form OF-169 is a consulate specific form that lists the documantation needed to be gathered by the benificiary for the interview.


還是DS230表用另外的郵件發？請問PJiang老師，我是不是可以直接從網上下載DS230表，
-K1/K2 visa is still a non-immigration visa. DS230 is for immigration visa application, so your finance and her kid can not use DS-230 for the K1/K2 visa application, but use DS-156 as any other non-immigration visa applicants do (e.g. F1, H1, etc.).

為未婚妻和她女兒每人填一份，然後和OF169表一起寄回領事館？
-Your fiance and her kid just need to downlooad the DS-156 and complete it and send it along with OF-169 and any other required documents to the US Consulate following the instructions, if any.
