I140 approved in 2008, but today got an email from USCIS

the email said: "Application Type: I140 , IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER.
Current Status: We mailed you an amended notice."

and the online status is "acceptance" now.

I am wondering whether it is a mistake by the USCIS. Thanks for anyone who had a similar situation can give a hint what happens here.
