LD的140遞了，但485還沒遞，現在以H4在中國申請簽證，但156表上問 Has Anyone Ever Filed an immigrant Visa Petition on Your Behalf? 這應該是yes還是no呀？
-Your spouse's I-140 or/and I-485 filing is irrelevant to you. So, just say "No" to this question.

要是485遞了呢？
-If you have filed your I-485, you have to say "Yes" to this question.
