My questions are:
Can I just go ahead to use the EAD card?
-Yes, of course.

How to use the EAD card?
-Show your EAD to the HR and they may give you a form (I-9) to fill out and that is all.
I have been using my H-1B for the past 6 years. Shall I tell the HR people
-Not need to telll your H1.
and give them a copy of my EAD card? if it's right, are there any other things I need to do?

Any ideas are greatly appreciated.
