請教pjiang,863211及諸位大俠: H-1B 轉 EAD,如何使用EAD 卡？

 My situation is as follows:
I-485，EB2 pending, PD 07/2005, I-140 approved
H1-B expires 11/30/2009,
EAD approved last month, expires in 2011.


My questions are:
Can I just go ahead to use the EAD card?

How to use the EAD card? I have been using my H-1B for the past 6 years. Shall I tell the HR people and give them a copy of my EAD card? If it's right, are there any other things I need to do?

Any ideas are greatly appreciated.
