請問，如果kid(VA)與父親(Washington state)一起file485，但與父親住在不同的州，485的郵寄地址是根據父親所在的州， 還是小孩所在的州？ thanks

-You had better send your kid's I-485 together to the same address as yours if your kid's I-485 is based on your I-140/I-130 (derivative status of yours), and put your kid's address on the Form I-485 as the same address as yours even if he/she is living in VA.
