從2007 年7月他就自己搬出去，沒通知我，現在孩子都4歲了，2.5 年了，我也不想拖，他老是用離婚折磨我，用綠卡要挾我。不考慮孩子的任何利益，他想的是他把孩子留在美國，我滾蛋， 但我肯定能拿到primary custody.

都拖了2.5 年了，his PD is 2006/11. So i think it is hopeless to get the green card before divorce.
