我現在AOS(EAD for job)，老公威脅取消綠卡，強迫離婚，他不想讓我拿到綠卡。我申請了h1b， 如果我active H1B, 是否綠卡申請自動無效？
-Your H1 status is irrelevant to your green card application (your activation of H1B does not results your綠卡申請自動無效). But if you divorce, your green card application which derived from your hu*****and's application (I-140) will be invalid.

So, you had better get your H1 status and then, you can apply for the green card by yourself if you have to divorce.
