超過180天了，還在原來公司上班，隻是是小公司，上個月做了h1延期，現在要補材料，看到頭都大了，如果放棄不補，擱淺H1b 會有什麽後果？
-Your status will not be H1. But you can continue your work using EAD. Nothing affects your green card application and lawful presence.
