My son and my family are holding EADs and 485 pending (EB2 case). My son call his university and was told he need visa for the university. So we are very confused by this. Can anybody give me some help what we should do.
-This school may not understand the immigration law very well and they treat your kid as an international student (F1 visa),and actually your kid is not an international student with AOS. I suggest you to explain that to the school. If they do not accept your explanation, your kid may just go out of US using AP to get a Parolee status on his new I-94. Then, show the I-94 to the school, and I hope this may work.Or simply find a lawyer to talk to them.
