The comany's leagal person says like below:
Since your W2 form shows that you have been earning above the prevailing wage (in total dollars) you would not have an issue at the I-140 stage. The I-140 typically does not ask for documentation of your salary. If they send an RFE to check to see how much you are earning, they would typically ask for your most recent paystub and copies of your prior W2 forms.
It is unusual for USCIS to ask for salary information at the I-140 stage. I have only seen it occur a handful of times in 12 years.
