回複：請問PJIANG老師有無可能現在 reopen I485

中間沒申請過H1B，用EAD工作，直到485被拒。回去簽了H4，現在美國還是H4身份。

現在我想要用EAD卡工作，舊的那張EAD（有效期至10年9月）還能用嘛？
-Technically, you still can use this EAD until it expires, but practically, if you use this EAD, your status will have a big problem because you do not have pending I-485 (your status will neither be AOS nor H4, and it means you will be out of status). So, you can not use EAD to work.

或者想什麽辦法reopen被錯誤拒掉的485呢？
-Usually I-485 Motion-to-reopen should be filed within one month after I-485 expires. But you can try and explain in the cover letter. I am not sure it will be accepted by USCIS, but it does not hurt you to try it except spending the filing fee.
