I-485 approved after Relink EB1b(AD9/28/09 to EB2(PD8/15/05)

Details:

8/15/2005 遞交EB2-PERM,approved on 10/15/2005, 沒趕上10/1/2005 遞140和485；EB2-140, AP 2/16/2006, 沒法遞485；

6/1/2007,遞I485(NSC),當時正準備file EB1b,結果PD又Current了，就沒繼續辦Eb1b,失策！因為這一等就兩年!

11/2/2007 infopass, was told NC cleared; then contacted congressman, was told my case was within normal processing time

8/1/2008, PD current again, contacted congressman and senator, after one month was told no visa available._:'( _(6)

9/24/2009, file EB1b (TSC), PP, approved on 9/28/2009;

10/5/2009, 電話Relink；
10/6/2009, 收到relink的confimation Email;

10/28/2009, I-485 Approved.
