Infopass question

Hi Friends,

I got GC but my kid not. I am considering inforpass to ask for his case. When I am trying to set up appt,there are 4 choices (EAD, court request, local office visit request by USCIS, no response from USCIS with request ID#) and my request is not included. So which one should I choose? Is there anyone having any experience of these?
