Could you please give me a furthur explainations:

1. Do I need to report to Atalanta DOL for this correction? if yes, how?

2. Do I need to let HR to issue a new offer letter to replace the old one signed when I joined the company?
more important, who/when do I need to show for this new offer letter?

3.Company's legal department said: 'as long as the W2 has the stated PW, DOL will accept it. (my real pay this year salary+bounus =100K) Is this right answer?
