Sorry, made a wrong command.

I called USCIS to make an appointment for emergency AP application. The guy asked me the reason for the emergency AP, my e-mail, tel and address. He asked me to wait for 5 days. He said I do not need to local office.

Is this a new way for emergency AP application? Or this guy made mistake and I have to make an appointment again and go to local office.
