請問 Pjiang and 863211: I-485被拒後(因未能及時補材料)， 還能用EAD 卡繼續工作嗎?
-Yes, you can work until the EAD expires unless USCIS cancel your EAD specifically when your I-485 was denied. But you had better file I-485 Motion to reopen/reconsideration to keep your AOS status valid.
