(1) apply for a visiting visa. I heard that chance of success is low because I am a citizen. Is it true or it depends?

(2) file a petition (I-130 and I-485). I don't have any problem to initiate the process right now, but how long is it going to take generally?
- 6 mos to 1-2 yrs for them to be here.
If you prefer them to come ASAP, apply for B-2.
