加急AP的理由

Experts:
I plan to make a travel to China for two reasons: an international conferenece to make a presentation, also is a technical committe member and may be a session chair; to visit father who had a strok in early this year, condition hasnot been stable.
Which is the better reason for getting a emergency AP easily.
