Mine is similar. But the details are as " on xx,2007,we mailed you a document......" . then I should have received the card 2 yrs ago. Ridiculous! The only thing I received at that time was the finger print notice. So I doubt that is a mistake.

Is your PD current? Or if the date in the detailed message is up-to-date, that might be a good news for you.
