-Not true. The same as from 工業界 to 工業界. The only difference if when a person applys for H1 to work in a industrial company, he/she needs to get a H1 quote. But all the h1 status has the some benefits no matter you work in a school or in a industrial company.
而從工業界的H1B tranfer到工業界的H1B隻要拿到receipt notice就可以開始工作了。
