In the RFE, I addressed the following concerns in the Intent to Deny:

"the widespread us of the petitioner's discoveries, applications and methodology has not been established. The significance of the petitioner's contribution has not been established"


"No information about the selection requirements for the boards or committees was submitted. ... no information or evidence of the number of Journal papers that the petitioner has reviewed"
