EB1A APPROVED AFTER INTENT TO DENY

Last week I mailed the supplemental materials to prove that I have met the following (1) and (2) qualifications:

(1) judge peers' work (1 book proposal, 31 journal papers and dozens of conference papers)

(2) major significance contribution in the field (90 citation, email copies, a new recommendation from the editor-in-chief of a major journal in the field, and other materials that my methods/co-methods has been widely used on the worldwide scale)

(3) numerous publications (had been met in the INTENT TO DENY LETTER)

(4) salary significant high ($70-$80K claimed in the original petition but declined in the intent to deny letter)

(5) critical/leading role in organization with distinguished reputation (claimed but declined in the intent to deny letter)

In the RFE, I just focused on (1) and (2). I hope that my experience may help the ones who received the INTENT TO DENY LETTER OR RFE. By the way, I utilized PP @ TSC.
