transfer from medical scientist to resident physician

currenetly: 485 pending more than 180 days, major applicant, using EAD. Is there any possibility that my 485 get denied? The SOC code used for I140 petition is 19-0000, but physician code is 29-0000 something. In another word, is uscis gonna think these are similar job category? They are clearly not same ones to me.

my pd is sept.2006, I think 2011 could be my turn to get greened, sigh....

anybody has this experience, pls shed light on me.
