In my opinion, it is not a big issue. We have 40,000 for EB1, 40,000 for EB2 in each year. However, total I-485 pending is 4,050 for EB1 and for 74,932 for EB2. Thus, in one and half year, PD will be the end of 2008, I believe. For EB3, the situation is more complicated. I-485 pending is 151,231. It will take almost 4 year to clean the blocked.
