要求 Relink的信件被退件

hi, my mail sent to TSC to request I485 relink was returned. don't know why. They just sent me back with a letter said my address had been updated ( I didn't request the address change but relink, doesn't make any sense)

My I485 was filed concurrently with a NIW I140 in 2007. This NIW I-140 has been approved. Recently, I filed an EB1A I-140 which also was approved. I then want to relink my old 485 to this I-140.

My letter to request the relink was written as the template in Pjiang's blog. The address was the one on my I-485 receipt. I also put Request for Transferring Pending I-485 to an Subsequently Approved I-140 on the envelope. But still was bounced back ( my mail definitely was opened by them). Don't know why.

In my EB1A approval notice, they actually have put my NIW priority date on it. The A# is also the same as my 485. Any one knows if that means auto-relink?
