之前寄出，我在郵局辦理了新建轉移，其他很多信都收到了，但是沒有收到USCIS的。
-USCIS requires 郵局 to return all the USCIS's correspondences back to USCIS if these correspondences are sent to incorrect address. That is why you did not get it.
