I have filed an immigration petition for my sister, which has been approved and sent to the State Department for visa processing.

My question is - for my sister's hu*****and and child, do I need to file any paperwork for them? How do they get included in the visa application with my sister?
-Yes, sister's hu*****and and child can get their immigration visa as derivative status of your sister. You do not need to file the separate I-130 for them. If you have add their names in the I-130 and the I-864, you do not need to file any form. Just wait the PD to be current and the whole family go for the interview in US Guangzhou Consulate. If their name are not listed in the I-130, just write a letter and provide the I-864 to the National Visa Center to add them to your sister's green card application.
