My title was chanced from assistant to associate due to a promotion, i currently work on a valid H1B. Do I need to apply for a new one?Thank you.
-You need to do nothing and just enjor your promotion. Only if your changed/new duties are not related to your old H1 duties/specialization, your employer needs to file an H1 amended petition. In your case, nothing needs to do even if you have more duties than your old position.
