隻有approved I140.工作跟I140申請提到的不在同一個領域, 可以依這個140延期H1b嗎?
-For NIW I-140, I think so because I did not find any immigration law limits this. If employer sponsored I-140, the H1 extension might not be approved because of the employer change, but it depends on the IO personal judgement.
